The Trinidad and Tobago Postal Corporation (TTPost) is seeking to improve the serivce and control capabilities of its Point of Sale to meet the growing demands of the Corporation's customers and administrative operations.

TTPost is looking to replace the existing Point of Sale Solution to further automate its counter serivce offerings and provides a modern, cost effective postal serive platform that can easily integrated with external systems and back office processes.

After a grueling partner-identification process that saw the participation and evaluation of several leading solution vendors, TTPost announced its decision to journey through the global technology-focused business transformation program, ably partnered by PostGlobal solution. The implementation of PostGlobal solution focused on enabling TTPost with a robust technology platform in automating the services offered. The various PostGlobal modules like Point of Sale and Electronic Bill Payments will be installed on central server and the Post Offices access the application through Internet and transact business. On a daily basis, the transaction data from various post offices will be consolidated at the central server for enabling Management Information System.
