Eswatini (Formerly Swaziland) Posts and Telecommunications Corporation has gone live with PostGlobal® post office automation system. We welcome EswatiniPost into the fast-growing PostGlobal® family.
PostGlobal® will enable Eswatini Post to provide their clients with a wide range of Postal services, financial services and government agency services through the implementation of PostGlobal®.
EswatiniPost implemented counter automation, Track and Trace system integrated with UPU IPS.POST and CDS, Mobile applications, Instant Electronic Money Orders,Post Box management, Philately management, Portals for Contract customers and Agencies and Management Information System. Additionally, EswatiniPost automated the collections / payments of 30 agency services out of which Eswatini Water Services, EPTC Telephone bills, Eswatini Post Insurance and MTNAirtime Recharge are integrated with PostGlobal® to provide real-time transactions. PostGlobal® is tightly integrated with SAGE ERPto facilitate transfer of all transaction data to ERP at the end of the day.
With the introduction of PostGlobal®, EswatiniPost is improving customer access to products and services, expanding financial inclusion and will generate higher revenues.
