The digitization initiatives at FXDC Post's post offices encompass implementing electronic tracking systems for real-time monitoring of mail and packages including cross border Ecommerce parcels, integration with the UPU Customs Declaration System (CDS) and International Postal System (IPS), adopting online platforms for bill payments, and utilizing mobile apps for pickup and delivery. Customers will be able to access postal services through a mobile app and virtual post office.
